Topography is the branch of geodesy that deals with the technique of measurements, calculations for portions of the Earth’s surface and the technique of graphical or numerical representation of them in the horizontal plane, in order to prepare maps and plans.

Execution and drafting of a topographic survey is necessary before starting a project, ensuring that the construction design has as references real data from the field and that the property limits are correct.

Tracing and checking works during execution is essential to reduce subsequent costs and to ensure that your project is on track.

• Reception report at the end of the work (in case the building is built after the land has been acquired) – two copies, one of which is notarized
